Open the packaging and remove the warmers. Insert the sole warmers directly into the shoes.

• Insert the soles into the shoes immediately after opening
• Sturdy footwear is required for insulation
• Remove heaters immediately if they become uncomfortably hot
• Not suitable for diseased or sensitive skin (e.g. diabetics, people with sensory disorders)
• No direct skin contact
• Not suitable for pregnant women
• Do not use while sleeping
• Not reusable
